This luxurious self-contained suite is comprised of a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom and is approximately 1000 sq. ft. in size. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (outfitted with a premium Serta mattress, duck down duvet and feather bed) wing back chairs, a chest of drawers, nightstands with reading lights, remote control am/fm cd mini-stereo with alarm and remote control light/ceiling fan. Double French doors access a private 600 sq. ft. deck with panoramic views to Mt. Baker in the east, many of the other Gulf Islands and shipping traffic. The bedroom has plenty of windows, so you can pull back the drapes and enjoy the same views you get from the attached deck (night time lights of Bellingham, WA and Whiterock, BC or an awesome sunrise to start the day).
The sitting room has a very comfortable queen-size fold out sofa bed with a premium Serta mattress, an "overstuffed" style chair and ottoman, coffee table, chest of drawers, refrigerator with complimentary beverages and single French door access to the private deck area. The windows are covered with lined drapes and sheers.
A very spacious tiled bathroom has heated floors, a chest of drawers, towel warmer and a two-person Jacuzzi tub with 8 jets and a large walk-in shower area with sitting bench, two showerheads and body spray.
Two large walk-in closets and a make-up area between the bedroom and sitting room round out the amenities of this one of a kind suite.
The Mountain Suite can easily accommodate a family of four (possibly more if the additional members are children) or two couples traveling together. You could choose to have breakfast alfresco on the deck, as a table & chairs and market umbrella are provided for you use.
For folks who need the use of a television we can have one ready for you. We'll also provide a DVD player and access to a DVD movie library.
